Ordering

You will receive an automated confirmation upon placing an order. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges are calculated and presented to you in real time during the ordering process, allowing all charges to be known before you complete your order. The shipping charge shown on your invoice when you check out is the actual cost to ship the package to your door. Orders shipping in the state of California are subject to the current state sales tax rate.

Shipping & Handling

We ship US Mail via Priority Mail.

US ORDERS:
Shipping and handling on most US orders is $6.95.
Orders usually ship within 24-72 hours from when they are received. Items ship USPS Priority Mail, so you'll have your order within 3-5 postal business days after your order is processed and shipped.  All items are shipped with delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation is a low cost alternative to full tracking and primarily provides delivery information. You can access this information through the USPS only after the package has been delivered.

Voet ships orders at a flat rate for all items up to one (1) pound. The shipping rate includes cost of postage plus a fee to process, pack and ship your order. Shipping prices will be higher for all items over 1 pound.

Voet does not offer refunds on any packages that are "lost in the mail" or never arrived, and are NOT returned to us by USPS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders are sent USPS Priority Mail. Shipping and handling to Mexico and Canada is $13.00 for all items under one (1) pound; shipping and handling to all other countries is $15.00. International delivery time is usually 6-11 postal business days after your order is received and processed.

Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be required to pay these fees to the courier, as applicable, upon delivery. Any incurred charges a customer might be expected to pay at the time of delivery is their responsibility. Some of these charges may include duties and taxes charged by your local government for importing a product. Voet will not pay for, or refund, any of these costs. Please consult your local customs office or tax authority for any cost specific to your location.

Rush Service for US orders

Orders shipping within the US, received by 9:00 am PST can usually be rushed if necessary. Please make a note if you’d like USPS Express shipping, which is 1-2 days to most areas. Cost is $20.00 for postage and handling to expedite your order, pack and process it. You will be contacted as soon as possible in the event that rush service is not available.

Availability and Special Orders

Voet does not have a backorder policy.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return unused, unopened items with a sales receipt. Voet does not cover shipping costs on returns. Please include your phone number if a credit, or additional charge to your card is necessary for a return or exchange; Voet does not keep you payment information on file. Voet is not responsible in the case of a lost return sent without a delivery confirmation.
